So my God daughter was born on Saturday and I’m so excited!! The little nugget popped out after pulling an all-nighter of labor pains. She came out cute as a button and now I’m just waiting for Mel to fatten her up so I can squeeze her chunky rolls. I’m going to see her on Friday and can’t wait!! I have to work every day of my life but that is my only day off. I need her to learn about me ASAP so she understands what her parents have subject her to….a roll squeezing, baby talking, raspberry giving, silly aunt Amy.

It’s just a matter of time now before Mel and I can go out and play like old times. Mike is going to have to stay home while her and I go out for a drunken rendezvous. She needs one girls night out for the celebration of remaining sane after 9 months of pain, puking and mood swings.

My God-Daughter Is Almost Here

So my lil’ nugget God –daughter is on the verge of being born. I just got a text that said, “In labor now on our way to the hospital.” I’m so excited for the fact that she is almost here because I can’t wait to play with her and also I want to see my girlfriend stop suffering from the horrible side-effects of labor. She is only dilated 2 centimeters and has a long haul ahead of her. I tried checking her status at 11pm but failed to get an update :(

 I hope when she pops out, she is a fat chunker with rolls all over her. I want to bite her chubby thighs and make her giggle uncontrollably. I can’t wait for her to get here!! Come out you fat nugget…you’re over-due!

Mel’s Baby Shower

I went to my girlfriends baby shower on Sunday and how cute was she! She had her big fat belly with a big fat nugget inside! I struggled that morning trying to get all cute and was trying to stay awake after 4 hours of sleep. I was afraid I would be the big fat loser of the games as a result of not getting my full 10 hours in. This was true….I sucked and knew nothing. I went blank and my baby vocabulary got lost within me. Besides that, she had her own personal paparazzi there which I wasn’t prepared for. Every time I turned around a flash was going off in my eyeballs. I’m just now recovering from the blind spots that have been embedded in my corneas. Thank God I’m not a celebrity because there would be some ugly photos of me out there. The face I had in the pictures was uncanny to Shrek’s. FYI….I need to be forewarned if my photo is going to be taken for 3 hours straight ;)
